Our Values

The PFH team is guided by a set of principles which serve as our internal compass and through which we judge our success.

leadership icon

We contribute to honest evidence-based assessments for our clients and our business, even if it’s not easy.

collaboration and synergy icon

Our strength is the talent of our team. We get stronger the more we share and the more we appreciate each person’s skills, experience and contribution. Every person distinctly contributes to the whole and PFH is greater that the sum of our contributions.

transparency icon

Open communication breeds trust and a framework to build upon. We are real.

accountability icon

We all have an obligation to accept responsibility for our own actions, and for our part in the success of the business.

passion and dedication icon

We believe in the public health approach to health. Passion and dedication are not found in small measures. We will not settle for any less than that which we are truly capable of doing.

quality icon

We strive to make everything we do the best. We prepare and work hard. We check our egos at the door. And when we fail, we learn from it and improve.

enjoyment icon

Success cannot be achieved without the ability to enjoy your work with your team. All team members are encouraged and supported to maximize the fun aspect of what they’re doing.

Our Core Staff

For each project, we build a team of experienced staff and consultants. Teams are typically comprised of Master and PHD-level public health professionals and academics with broad experience in topical areas (such as education, obesity, etc.), public and community health, and research and evaluation. Individually, each member has significant experience and expertise in applicable content or technical areas. Collectively, they have many years of experience working together.
